THE SANDY BAY HOUSE

Location
Sandy Bay House is located in the Nelson Bays area between the Kaiteriteri settlement and the start of the Abel Tasman National Park. This region boasts the most generous sunshine hours in New Zealand, as well as a vast array of visitor attractions. Sandy Bay House is only five minutes drive/ten-fifteen minutes walk from three of the best golden sand beaches in the region, all perfect for swimming and other water sports. It is also only 10 minutes drive from Marahau, the entrance to the Abel Tasman National Park and home of a number of artists, galleries, cafes and licenced restaurants.

The House
The house, which was built in 2008 and designed by a well renowned South Island architect, has a very open and relaxing feel to it, and emphasises the stunning panoramic views of the Abel Tasman National Park and its surrounding areas. It is nestled in the bush line although is only a short walk to the beach. The house has been finished to a high standard, has four bedrooms, and can sleep up to nine guests.

+ Bunk bedroom with three single beds (wall between bunk and queen sized room can be slid away)
